Honor has officially confirmed that they’ll be hosting a global launch event on Aug 12. They will reportedly launch their upcoming Honor Magic 3 series at the launch event. We previously had some information like there will be two smartphones in the Magic 3 series i.e. Honor Magic 3 and Honor Magic 3 Pro. And now pricing and key details of the upcoming Honor Magic 3 series have been tipped online ahead of the official launch.
It was expected that Xiaomi will be the first smartphone OEM to launch its smartphone with the newly announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus 5G chipset, But now some reporters hovering online tells that Honor Magic 3/3 Pro will be the first smartphone to offer Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus 5G chipset. Now MyDrivers has reported that the Honor Magic 3 will be priced around CNY 4000 (around $620) and the high-end Magic 3 Pro will be priced at CNY 5000 (around $770).
As for the specification, Digital Chat Station on Chinese Microblogging Site, Weibo has reported the specifications before. The Honor Magic 3 Pro device could offer a 6.67-inches display with 2772×1344 pixel resolution and a high refresh rate panel. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM. There will be a quad rea camera on the back. The device will support up to 66W fast wired charging technology.

The high-end Honor Magic 3 Pro will offer a 1228p high-resolution display and an under-screen camera. This might be the first Honor smartphone to feature under-screen camera technology. As said earlier, it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus 5G chipset. The handset will support whopping 100W fast charging technology and 50W wireless charging technology. The Magic 3 Pro might offer up to 100X zoom and top-notch night photography with their immersive sensor and software optimizations.
