Black Shark 2 Android 10 Update with JoyUI 11 Started Rolling Out

Xiaomi started its gaming smartphone program in 2018 and launched its first gaming smartphone, ‘Black Shark.’ As the first version of the Black Shark was a massive success, Xiaomi launched another version, ‘Black Shark 2’ back in 2019. The smartphone has all the flagship-level specs and features a gamer always craves.

Since Black Shark is a gaming smartphone, instead of going for the basic MIUI, it opts for a more game-centred UI. Keeping in mind the gamer’s perspective, a more enhanced and personalized UI was developed, which was named ‘JoyUI.’

Xiaomi announced the latest version of the UI, which is called ‘JoyUI 11‘, and it was confirmed that it will be launched by the end of April. The latest UI will combine several features from MIUI 11 for the Black Shark.

Since we are nearly at the end of April, Users are pretty excited and ready for the update. You don’t have to wait for more because Black Shark has started rolling out the first wave of the Android 10-based JoyUI 11 update. The update will be pushed for limited users since it is meant for initial testing. The size of the update is around 1.88GB with build version SKYW2004221OS00MQ0. It comes with all the latest features from Android 10. The stable update is scheduled for May 6, 2020, via OTA.
