Samsung has a pretty good reputation for providing updates and security patches on time. Security updates make the device less vulnerable to security and privacy risks.

Samsung recently released the One UI 4.1 update with Android 12 for many Galaxy phones and tabs. Now, it has started releasing the April 2022 security patch to its smartphones. This will fix several privacy and security vulnerabilities with the security patch.
