How much will the Galaxy A55 and A35 5G cost?

Rumors are flying about the launch of Samsung Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35. Compared to the last few years, smartphones are looking quite promising. The display’s screen-to-body ratio, cameras, and performance are improved. However, irrespective of the upgrades, we also expect a price upgrade compared to the predecessors.

It’s like smartphones are getting pricier, which is not the case with Galaxy A-series devices this time. Considering the same, we expect the pricing to be lower than the previous models (Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34).

The Samsung Galaxy A-series is quite popular in the midrange smartphone segment, but it is most likely getting ignored because of the costly price-to-performance ratio. However, due to the expected price leak, we expect an increase in the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35 sales. Yes, you heard it right! The company is finally reducing the price of its smartphones. The company’s decision will probably make the consumers inclined towards buying the smartphones at their “worth” prices.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A55 and A35 are expected to be slightly cheaper than their predecessors in Europe. The Galaxy A55 is rumored to start at €450 for the 8GB RAM/128GB model and €500 for the 256GB version, which is a decrease compared to the A54’s launch prices last year.

Similarly, the A35 is expected to start at €379 for the 6GB RAM/128GB model and €449 for the 256GB version, offering a more budget-friendly option than the A34’s pricing.

Summary

Model Configuration Expected Price
Galaxy A55 5G 8GB + 128GB €450
8GB + 256GB €500
Galaxy A35 5G 6GB + 128GB €379
8GB + 256GB €449

Although Samsung hasn’t yet announced the official US price, the Galaxy A55 is expected to fall in a similar price range to its predecessor, which launched in the US at $449.

The price difference between both generations seems to be around $20 less on all the variants. It may be considered a slight decrement for some folks, but it is better to have something than nothing. Even if the company is trying to reduce prices starting from A55 and A35, we will likely see a similar trend in the upcoming generations. So, we may see a better price-to-performance ratio in the forthcoming Samsung A-series phones.

Finally, this time, Samsung pricing their A-series less is all leak, and there is no official information about its authority. In addition, we don’t know about the launch, but it is expected in March itself. Regardless, if there are any changes, we will update the article.

What are your thoughts on the company pricing their A-series smartphones less this time? Do you think it is happening for real? Are you satisfied with the current leak indicating a slight price decrement? Or what, according to you, should be the correct price for the phones?
