Also, there is a new leaked picture containing the Oppo F5 box with a “Capture the real you” tag written on top of it. The regular Oppo F5 will feature 4 GB of RAM, the same A.I. integrated camera, a 6-inch FHD+ display, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. What’s disappointing is the Android version, which runs an old Android 6.0 Marshmallow at a time when Android 8.0 Oreo is about to release. The camera megapixel is also expected to be different than the youth variant. The device will be backed by a 4,000 mAh battery. Oppo is going old school by featuring a micro USB instead of a USB type-C. We also get a 6 GB variant with the same specs and features, dubbed The OPPO F5 6GB.
Till now, there is no official word on the price or release date, but it is expected to launch in the Asian countries of India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam. According to a new rumor, the device will debut in the Philippines on October 26, 2017.
