As we approach the beginning of the Consumer Electronics Show 2025, related leaks have started becoming increasingly common.
For instance, popular leaker kopite7kimi gave us all a nice Christmas present by leaking major details about two of NVIDIA’s Blackwell graphics cards. In particular, these are the GeForce RTX 5070 and GeForce RTX 5070 Ti.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070
As per the leaker, the GeForce RTX 5070 (PG146/147-SKU70) will feature a GB205-300-A1 GPU with 6144 CUDA cores. It will come with 12GB of GDDR7 VRAM on a 192-bit memory bus.
All of this will be combined with a total graphics power (TGP) of 250W. The general reaction of fans to this one has been negative, with many especially disappointed about the VRAM capacity.
The only shot NVIDIA has to redeem itself here is by pricing the card properly. We will see if that happens at the CES 2025.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti
The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti (PG147-SKU60) will be a slightly more powerful offering, with a GB203-300-A1 GPU and 8960 CUDA cores. As for the VRAM, it will be 16GB of the same GDDR7 memory on a bigger 256-bit memory bus.
Lastly, we will get a TGP of 300 watts on the card. With a good price tag, this could be a very popular offering.
Merry Christmas.

NVIDIA is set to launch its Blackwell series graphics cards at the CES 2025, which is starting on January 7th and will go on till January 10th.
We have seen relatively fewer leaks and rumors about NVIDIA’s GPUs this year around, which just adds to the anticipation. Anyway, it is just a short wait before more details are out.
