The Oppo Reno 12 series, launched in China in May, is set to hit global markets later this month (June 2024). Oppo announced during a recent conference that the Reno 12 lineup will be available globally.
Ahead of its Global launch, we have spotted Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G (Global) on a European retailer’s website. The listing reveals key details and pricing about the global variant.
The European retailer has listed the Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G (Global), with the 12GB+512GB configuration carrying a price tag of around €580. We are not certain if this is the final price. Additionally, the price may differ depending on the specific country due to varying tax policies.
The global variant of the Oppo Reno 12 Pro 5G will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, a change from the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ found in the Chinese version. Additionally, the main camera sensor in the global variant could be a 50MP IMX882, compared to the 50MP IMX890 sensor in the Chinese counterpart.
Other specifications are expected to remain the same. The Reno 12 Pro (Global) will feature a 6.7-inch 120Hz full-HD+ 1.5K curved OLED screen, a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 50MP telephoto camera, and a 50MP front camera.
It will be powered by a 5000mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. Further details on availability are expected to be announced soon.
