Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite (Mi CC11) is Coming Soon: Live Images and Specs Leaked

The Xiaomi Mi 11 has been a success so far, even though it has not yet reached many markets worldwide. But there was news that along with the Mi 11 vanilla edition, we will also see a Mi 11 lite edition smartphone. There was a Xiaomi device that received FCC certification back in January with the model number M2101K9AG. This also received certification from India’s BIS, Thailand’s NBTC, Singapore’s IMDA, Europe’s EEC, and Malaysia’s SIRIM. There are reports now coming in that this is the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite that was speculated when the Xiaomi Mi 11 came out.

In a recent post on Weibo, the images of this upcoming smartphone are also released. It is said to feature an unknown octa-core processor that clocks at 2.3 GHz. There is 6GB of RAM for multitasking, and the smartphone runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12 skin on top. Besides this, the back of the smartphone is also revealed, which features a glass back design with a square camera housing on top. There seems to be a triple-camera setup in this housing.

This smartphone is rumored to be called Xiaomi Mi CC11 in China. It has already received certification from the MIIT authority of China. As for the specifications, we have only had leaks so far, and nothing is confirmed. The leaks suggest that we will see the next generation Snapdragon 7 series smartphone, which will likely be the Snapdragon 775G. This will be a 5G-enabled mid-range processor from Qualcomm. According to the leaks, we will get a moderately sized 4150 mAh battery for powering the device.

The leaks also hint towards a 64MP primary sensor and an optical sensor with a 5X zoom. The third camera might be a wide-angle shooter. Now, we don’t know when this device will be released, but we can expect a date within the next two months.
