Realme 10 Pro Series
The Realme 10 Pro and 10 Pro Plus have already been announced. The 10 Pro Plus brings a curved 120Hz AMOLED screen at the 25,000 INR price point. Unfortunately, it loses out on the camera front. The IMX766 has been swapped for a smaller HM6 sensor with no OIS. The Realme 10 Pro has essentially the same specs as the 9 Pro, but the ultra-wide camera has been dropped, making this an option that’s not at all worth it. These were launched on 8 December 2022.
Tecno Phantom X2/ Pova 4
The Tecno Phantom X2 has a 120Hz AMOLED panel with the Dimensity 9000 SOC. It has a triple 64MP (OIS)+ 13MP+ 2MP camera setup. It has a divisive but unique rear design. It launched on 7 December, and it’s expected to go on sale in the coming weeks. The Tecno Pova 4 has launched on 7 December in India with G99 SOC, a 50MP primary camera and a 90Hz 720P LCD panel.
iQOO Neo 7 SE
The iQOO Neo 7 SE gets the new Dimensity 8200 and 120W charging with a 1080P 120Hz AMOLED screen. It looks like a decent midrange offering until you look at the cameras. A 64MP primary lens with OIS is fine, but it has no ultra-wide lens and has useless 2MP macro and 2MP depth cameras. It launched on 8 December in China, and an Indian launch is expected soon.
iQOO 11 Series
The iQOO 11 Pro houses the latest 8 Gen 2 SOC with the custom V2 chip for image processing. It sports a 144Hz 1440P E6 AMOLED screen. It uses the 50MP IMX866 (with OIS) as the primary sensor, with a 50MP Ultrawide and a 13MP 3X zoom lens. The vanilla iQOO 11 gets the same display and SOC but swaps the curved panel for a flat one and has a bigger 5000 mAh battery with slower 120W charging speeds. The primary sensor for the vanilla model is the 50MP GN5, with an 8MP ultrawide and a 13MP 2X zoom lens. These were announced on 8 December, and an Indian launch will happen on January 10, 2023.
Oppo Find N2/N2 Flip
The Oppo Find N2 and Find N2 Flip have been leaked extensively, and there are images of the phones out in the wild. The Flip is said to have the Dimensity 9000+ SOC with a 120Hz AMOLED screen (primary) and a 60Hz outer screen. It has a dual 50MP+ 8MP camera setup. The Find N2 will offer modest upgrades from the previous gen, like a new chip. The world premiere for these phones is on 15 December 2022.
Oppo Reno 9 Series
The Oppo Reno 9 (120Hz AMOLED, 778G, 64MP+ 2MP) and Reno 9 Pro (120Hz AMOLED, Dimensity 8100 Max, 50MP+ 8MP) have already launched in China, and we might see an Indian debut in December.
OnePlus Nord CE 3
The OnePlus Nord CE 3 is widely speculated to be a reskinned Realme 10 Pro Plus with no adverts or bloatware. It might also be a reskinned Realme 10 Pro. We might see it by the end of December.
Moto X40
The Moto X40 is launching on 15 December, with the 8 Gen 2 SOC and a 50MP+ 50MP+ 12MP setup with a 144Hz AMOLED panel.
Xiaomi 13 Series
Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro will launch this month. The Pro has a 120Hz 1440P screen, the 8 Gen 2 SOC, 120W Wired charging, and a triple camera setup, with a 50MP (IMX989 primary), 50MP Ultrawide, and a 50MP (JN1) 3.2X telephoto. The vanilla 13 gets a 1080P OLED 120Hz panel with the 8 Gen 2 and a triple camera setup (50MP Main+ 12MP Ultra wide+ 10MP Telephoto). The launch event for the 13 series is said to be on 11 December 2022, and an Indian and global launch will probably happen sometime in 2023.
Redmi Note 12 Series
The Redmi Note 12 series has already launched in China. The Redmi Note 12 Pro+ (5000 mAh+ 120W) and the Explorer edition (4300 mAh+ 210W) share the same specs. They have a triple camera setup (200MP, OIS+ 8MP+ 2MP), a 120Hz AMOLED display, and the Dimensity 1080 SOC with a glass back. The Redmi Note 12 has the new Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SOC with a 120Hz AMOLED and a 48MP primary sensor with a 2MP depth camera and is expected to launch on 23 December 2022. The source also mentions that this info should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Vivo S16 Series
Vivo S16 and S16 Pro have been tipped to launch by the end of December 2022. According to Digital Chat Section, the S16 Pro will likely have the Dimensity 8200 with 80W charging and a 120Hz or 90Hz AMOLED panel.
Vivo X90 series
The Vivo X90 series has already launched in China, and a global launch is expected soon. The X90 has already visited BIS certification in India so an Indian launch could happen within the next two weeks.
The X90 Pro Plus is a stellar high-end device with great specs like the 8 Gen 2 SOC, 1440P screen and the IMX989 primary sensor with a 3.5X periscope and a 2X portrait lens. The X90 has the Dimensity 8200 SOC with a 50MP+ 12MP+ 12MP camera setup and a 120Hz AMOLED panel.
We will update this post with any news of upcoming phones and their launch dates.
