Umidigi A11 arrives with an iconic flat-edged design similar to the iPhone 12 series

Umdigi’s A-series smartphones come under budget segment. Recently we saw the A9 series from Umidigi that includes the vanilla A9, A9 Pro, and the A9 Pro 2021. Now, the company has introduced its successor Umidigi A11 series(they skipped the A10 moniker). At present, Vanilla Umidigi A11 has listed on the Aliexpress website with key specifications. We may see Umidigi A11 Pro also in the coming months.

The A11 brings major design changes compared to previous generations of the A lineup. The A11 features an iconic flat-edged design similar to the iPhone 12 series that makes the A11 slimmer. The device packs a 6.53-inch large screen IPS panel with 720 x 1600 pixels resolution and a dew-drop notch.

We see AG matte glass finish on the rear side that offers premium texture over the top and makes the phone comfortable while holding it in the hands. It sports a triple rear camera module with a 16 MP (F / 2.0, 6-element lens) main unit,  8 MP Ultra wide-angle unit (FOV 120 °, F / 2.2), and 5 MP Macro unit (2.5 cm Macro distance, F / 2.4). Rear camera features include Stable Handheld Night Photography, Portrait Mode, Panorama Mode, HDR, AI Beautify, Face Detection, Real-Time Filters etc. For better selfies, an 8MP (F / 2.2 Aperture) unit is housed within the notch upfront with AI beautify, Face detection, and Selfie countdown features.f

Under the hood, the Umidigi A11 comes with Mediatek’s Helio G25 SoC coupled with up to 4GB RAM and upto 128GB of internal storage. We get microSD support upto 256GB. For unlocking the device, it sports a side fingerprint scanner and AI face unlock. Other features include a 3.5mm audio jack, Infrared Thermometer 2.0, 5150 mAh battery, and 10W charger support.

The A11 is available in Mist Blue and Frost Gray colour options. It has been listed on Aliexpress at an initial price of $199.98 for the 3GB+ 64GB variant and $239.98 for the 4GB+128GB model. The final prices are yet to be announced by the company. And there is no word regarding the availability of Umidigi A11 for the Indian market.
