It’s been two months since the official release of Android 13. All the eligible Pixel devices have already received the update. However, that’s pretty much it. Only a handful of devices other than Pixel devices have received the stable Android 13 update so far. Android users wonder whether their devices will get the Android 13 update.
We have seen the Android 13 update on Samsung’s latest flagship phones— the Galaxy S22, S22+, and the S22 Ultra. Other smartphones like the OnePlus 10 Pro have also had the Android 13 update for a while now. However, a new report suggests that Samsung is closely working with the major US carriers to introduce Android 13 to all Galaxy phones soon.
T-Mobile has an elegant little support webpage set-up with an extended list of devices guaranteed to receive official Android 13 updates. This list includes Samsung devices and devices from several brands like OnePlus. The list doesn’t seem fully comprehensive, as it does not mention Motorola and Nokia phones.
Here is the list of devices that will get the Android 13 update on T-Mobile:
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4
- OnePlus Nord N200
- OnePlus 8T+
- OnePlus 8
- OnePlus 7T
- Samsung Galaxy S21/S21+/S21 Ultra
- OnePlus 9/9 Pro
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4
- Samsung Galaxy A52 5G
- Samsung Galaxy A51 5G
- Samsung Galaxy A13 5G
- Samsung Galaxy A23 5G
- Samsung Galaxy A53 5G
- Samsung Galaxy A71 5G
- Samsung Galaxy A32 5G
- Samsung Galaxy S20/S20+/S20 Ultra
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3
- Samsung Galaxy Note 20/Galaxy Note 20 Ultra
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3
- Samsung Galaxy S22/S22+/S22 Ultra
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S8/Galaxy Tab S8 Plus
- Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G
- Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G
- T-Mobile REVVL V+
As you might have guessed, the list of devices is entirely random. Also, some other devices are not included in the list. Although no Motorola phones are mentioned in the list, many will get the Android 13 update on T-Mobile and other variants. Some other phones, like the OnePlus 10 Pro and the OnePlus 10T, will also get the Android 13 update despite not being included in this list.
It’s also nice to see some older and budget phones on the list. For example, the OnePlus 7T, Nord N200, Galaxy A13, and Galaxy A23. This proves that T-Mobile cares about all its customers, not just those with the latest and most expensive devices.
