List of Phones with Snapdragon 768G Processor to Buy in 2021

Qualcomm has recently announced its new processor, Snapdragon 768G. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G is 5G enabled. It has enhanced CPU and GPU performance than its predecessor, Snapdragon 765G, launched in December last year. Qualcomm’s latest processor, 768G, can deliver maximum performance and super-fast response. The company has mainly focused on providing users with a seamless gaming experience with PC-quality gameplay through this processor. With the support of 5G high-speed connectivity, the 768G processor offers an uninterrupted gaming experience to its users. Unlike the Snapdragon 765G processor, the Snapdragon 768G is a mid-range 5G processor that will be housed in affordable 5G smartphones.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G Features

Regarding the Snapdragon 768G features, the chipset has a Qualcomm Kyro 475 CPU with a clock speed of up to 2.8 GHz. The processor has an octa-core 64-bit CPU architecture. The chipset features Qualcomm Adreno 620 GPU clocked at 750MHz. This will offer 15% faster graphics rendering than its predecessor, 765G, giving an incomparable gaming experience. The GPU driver is updatable, delivering optimized desktop-quality graphics with a 120Hz screen refresh rate. Talking about the camera features, the processor has Qualcomm Spectra 355 image signal unit, which monitors color balance, clarity, and exposure in real time. The chipset captures 4K HDR video in portrait mode with up to 10-bit color depth.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G

The processor has a Snapdragon X52 5G modem RF system, which delivers a download speed up to 3.7Gbps. Also, it supports Sub-6Ghz and mmWaves, which gives access to cloud-based multiplayer games.

The AI of the Snapdragon 768G is much more advanced and sophisticated. The processor has a 5th-generation Qualcomm AI engine, which includes Hexagon Vector Extensions plus the Hexagon Tensor Accelerator for better performance. The real-time AI translator helps users to communicate across the globe without any language barriers. The smart AI of the chip also helps in preventing unnecessary draining of the battery life.

Oppo K9 5G

It features a 6.43-inch FHD+ 90Hz OLED display with a 91.7% screen-to-body ratio. The device draws power from a Snapdragon 768G chipset, which is coupled with 8GB RAM. The K9 has a 64MP triple rear camera setup. We see a 32MP front camera inside the punch-hole. It draws power from a 4300 mah battery that supports a 65W super flash charge. The company claims the adapter can charge the device fully in 35 minutes. At present, it is available in China. There is no word regarding the India release.

Oppo K9 5G looks

ZTE S30 Pro

ZTE introduced its S30 series of smartphones, including the S30 Pro, vanilla S30 and S30 SE. The pro version has a 6.67-inch (2400 × 1080 pixels) AMOLED screen with up to 800 nits brightness. The display offers a 144Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood, we get Qualcomm’s 768G 7nm EUV mobile platform with Adreno 620 GPU. The S30 Pro’s price has been set at 2998 yuan for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage.

iQOO Z3 5G

In addition to the 768G chip, the iQOO Z3 supports five layers of a liquid-cooled heat dissipation system, which helps to reduce 10 degrees temperature. We get a side-mounted fingerprint reader and 4D game vibration. It packs a 4400mAh battery that supports 55W flash charging. The iQOO Z3 price in India starts at Rs 19,990 for the 6GB+128GB model, while the higher variant, 8GB + 256GB, costs Rs 27,999. It is available in Ace Black and Cyber Blue color options. It features a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, 2400 × 1080 pixels resolution, HDR10+ support, 96 percent NTSC Colour Gamut, and a waterdrop notch.

Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition

Xiaomi’s Redmi K30 Racing Edition is the first smartphone with the powerful Snapdragon 768G SoC. Xiaomi has unveiled the device on 11 May 2020. The device features a 6.67-inch FHD + LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display includes a pill-shaped notch with a dual-camera setup of 20MP + 2MP. The rear is a triple camera setup with a 64MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera, and 5MP macro sensor. Below, the triple camera setup houses the LED flash.

The device has a 4500mAh battery, which supports 30W fast charging. The smartphone supports an integrated 5G modem, which is compatible with both dual-mode Sub 6GHz and mmWave. Redmi K30 Racing Edition has four colour variants: Deep Sea Shimmer, Mint Ice Blue, Purple Jade Factory, and Time Monologue.
