One UI 4.1 Release Date

  • Samsung One UI 4.1 update was released on February 9, 2022.

It is rumored that the Galaxy S22 will be the first Samsung smartphone to ship with One UI 4.1 pre-installed. As the update is in the works, users’ expectations for the upcoming One UI 4.1 update have risen. The Galaxy S22 could be released in January or February 2022. Which, directly or indirectly, aims to make an official announcement about Samsung’s upcoming One UI 4.1 in February 2022. Even then, many devices will await the One UI 4.0 update. So, it will be interesting to see how Samsung will be able to combine those pending devices and roll out One UI 4.1 at the same time.

Samsung One UI 4.1 Features (Expected)

Keeping in mind that the company has already introduced many major changes in the recently launched One UI 4.0, we don’t expect the One UI 4.1 to bring any major changes or upgrades, but instead, it may address all of the loopholes of the One UI 4.0. It will further improve the overall user experience.

Compared to One UI 3.0, the One UI 3.1 update added features such as an object eraser, removing location data from photos before sharing, video call background effects, and tighter integration with certain Google apps and services such as Google Duo.

As a result, we presume that One UI 4.1 will include some minor to major features here and there but nothing particularly significant. On the other hand, Samsung’s color palette, a replica of Material You, is expected to be improved further, and additional support for more icons and applications may be added. The first thing to expect from the upcoming One UI 4.1 is a new, polished, and smooth user experience.

Tipster Anthony claimed that the One UI 4.1 will bring major improvements in the camera department with new features. The update will also add new features for S Pen. It will offer better multitasking support.

Another report from ITMaterial.co.kr suggests that One UI 4.1 will add new features such as Smart Recommendation, Focus Mode on Multistar, New Color Palette, Director’s View, and Vibration pattern synchronization system.
