South Korean tech giant Samsung is working on a new budget smartphone bearing model number SM-A107F. Recently, the SM-A107F has passed through FCC and WiFi Certification.
The FCC listing reveals that the SM-A107F will come with a 3,900 mAh battery and dual camera setup at the rear, accompanied by an LED flash and a fingerprint scanner. The WiFi certification reveals that the SM-A107F will support single-band WiFi a/b/g/n (2.4GHz) and LTE capabilities.
Today, we have spotted the SM-A107F/ DS model number on Thailand’s NBTC and Malaysia’s SIRIM certification site.
As per the NCC listing, the SM-A107F/ DS model number will be called Samsung Galaxy A10s. The character “DS” in the model number means dual-SIM support.
The SIRIM listing has not revealed anything except WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth support.
Samsung is yet to announce the launch date of Galaxy A10s. Since the A10s has acquired certifications in multiple markets, we believe it could be announced soon.
Talking about the specifications of its predecessor, Galaxy A10, the phone runs on Samsung’s in-house Exynos 7884 Octa-core processor with 2GB of RAM. For storage, 32GB of internal storage is present in Galaxy A10, which can be expanded up to 512GB using a microSD card. A10 offers a 6.2-inch HD+ Infinity-V display with a resolution of 1520×720 pixels.
In the software department, A10 runs on Android 9.0 Pie with One UI from Samsung. Also, Face unlock is present in Galaxy A10, and a 3,400 mAh battery powers the device.
Galaxy A10 is a dual SIM device with dual 4G VOLTE support. If you use wired headphones, you are lucky because A10 has a 3.5mm headphone jack. For connectivity, it has Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS with GLONASS.
And finally, in the camera department, the Galaxy A10 sports a 13MP shooter with an f/1.9 aperture and a 5MP selfie shooter with an f/2.0 aperture.
