At present, the company has not announced a timeline other than promising an Android 11 software update for X2. But, soon we will get more clarity on that in the coming months. Currently, Android 11 stable and beta version are rolling out to all eligible devices (specifically OEM’s flagship devices) through an OTA for easier public install. Poco F2 Pro users are also reportedly started getting the taste of Android 11 beta.
Now, a tweet from Poco India suggests that the company will open the Android 11 beta program for Poco X2 users also. However, Poco X2 users will have to wait for a couple of months; probably till December 2020 for stable Android 11 update based on MIUI 12. As of now, Poco has started pushing out MIUI 12 update (Android 10 Based) for Poco X2.
