Umidigi F2 will Come with 48MP AI Quad Camera & Android 10

Umidigi is a brand well-known in certain markets but is an absolute ghost in some others. The timely updates with a value-for-money offering are the significance of Umidigi in the smartphone industry. The company has recently launched Mi A3 Killer Umidigi X (Pros & Cons) at a cheaper price tag. Now, a few pictures revealed some key details about their upcoming device, Umidigi F2. This will be the successor to the F1 and will come with Android 10 on board.

All the pictures showed the device with the Android 10 patch on top. Yes, they have been sending out timely updates, but this will be the first from the Chinese company to come with Android 10 pre-installed.

All three pictures show that Umidigi F2 is about the best mobile photography in that price range. But what can be seen clearly in these pictures is that the device will come with a notch-less display. No, it won’t have a pop-up camera either. Instead, we have the hole punch camera in the top left corner. It is a really small hole and, together with a thin chin below, provides a very high screen-to-body ratio. This looks like a complete 2019 device from the front.

Moving on to the other details in the pictures, we see a watermark on a photo of a butterfly zoomed in. The watermark says that it is a quad-camera setup with a 48MP Sony sensor on board. The zoomed-in detailed picture of the butterfly also shows that there will be a macro camera on-board, as seen on the Realme 5 Pro. As for the other two lenses, we will see a wide-angle lens and a depth-sensing lens or a telephoto lens for clicking portraits or zooming in on an object without losing out on quality.

The last picture reads bright and clear selfies. So we can expect the 32MP from Samsung, which uses pixel-binning technology to cramp four pixels into one. This results in a picture with better details and accurate colors.

Currently, we have no leaks suggesting anything about the price, launch, or availability. We will have to wait for the official words from the company or for any other leak to surface online again about the Umidigi F2.
