In the first place, the specification of iQOO Neo3 5G includes an HDR10 6.57-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with the resolution of 1080 × 2408 pixels. The aspect ratio of the display is 20:9 and the pixel density is 402 PPI. Also, the refresh rate of the display is 144Hz. Above all, it runs on Snapdragon 865 processor paired with 6GB/8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage.
The phone runs on the Android 10 operating system with iQOO UI 1.0 on top of it. It has a 4500 mAh non-removable battery with 44W fast charging.
In the camera department, the iQOO Neo3 5G sports triple rear camera setup: a 48MP lens with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP lens with f/2.4 aperture. In contrast, the front camera gets a 16MP shooter with an f/2.0 aperture.
The phone measures 163.7 x 75.6 x 8.9 mm and weighs 198.1 grams. It is available in Blue, Black/Dark Blue colours.
