Huawei P50 series will adopt a 1/1.18-inches ultra-high pixel large bottom solution: Report

During the launch of Huawei’s own Harmony OS and MatePad Pro, the company showcased its Huawei P50 series of smartphones, revealing its new camera setup design. Now, according to a new report by Chinese Microblogging Site Weibo, the camera details of the upcoming Huawei P50 series have been confirmed.

Due to current ongoing problems, the company has to face many problems, like the issue of stocking all units and ordering and assembling all components. According to speculations, the following problems have been resolved, and the company is working on stocking their units as soon as possible.

A piece of information hovering online tells that the company might launch their upcoming Huawei P50 series and MatePad 11 in the coming July or August. Most probably, it’ll be the end of July or starting the week of August. But still, there is no official information on this.

Well, going to the main topic, a blogger on Weibo has confirmed that the upcoming Huawei P50 series will have a 1/1.18-inch high-resolution lens on its primary camera. To give you a point of view, its appearance is similar to the recently released Honor 50.

The Huawei P50 series will likely consist of three smartphones: Huawei P50, Huawei P50 Pro, and Huawei P50 Pro+. The base variant in the series will use a Micro-curved OLED Display, whereas the Pro variant will use a waterfall display. The Pro+ variant is expected to flaunt a curved OLED display. The Pro+ device will use a liquid lens on its camera, which we previously saw on the Xiaomi Mi Fold device.

Moreover, all the series in the device will use the Sony IMX800 sensor. Further, they’ll use three/four/five cameras on their P50 series. They’ll boot up on Huawei’s own Harmony OS operating system. Probably, the battery capacity of the devices will vary from 4200mAh to 4300mAh with the support of 66W wired fast charging and 55W wired charging.
