Chinese smartphone manufacturer OPPO has announced two new models in Taiwan. The OPPO A75 and the A75s are two variants of the same smartphone. The devices measure 165.5 x 76 x 7.5 mm and weigh 152 g.
In the paper, the OPPO A75 and the A75s sport a 6-inch liquid crystal FullScreen display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and FHD+ (1080 x 2160) resolution. As per OPPO, the screen has a narrow frame that makes the phone look more straightforward, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to carry. Because of the tall display, the fingerprint sensor is placed at the device’s rear above the OPPO branding.
Under the hood, the devices are powered by a 64-bit Octa-core MediaTek Helio P23 processor clocked at 2.5 GHz and 4 GB of RAM. The difference between the devices comes in internal storage. The OPPO A75 offers 32 GB of internal memory, while the OPPO A75 offers 64 GB of internal storage. Both models support memory expandable options up to 256 GB through microSD card.
In the optics department, both smartphones have a 16 MP rear camera sensor with f/1.8 aperture and LED flash, while the front offers a 20 MP camera sensor with f/2.0 aperture. By collecting 254 facial features, the new AI Wisdom Beauty identifies facial features from the age, gender, color, skin, and other dimensions of different users to provide a differentiated beauty effect. Additionally, regular modes like bokeh effect, portrait mode, and low light enhancing capabilities exist.
The devices run on ColorOS 3.2 on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and are backed by a 3200 mAh battery. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n (2.4 GHz and 5. x GHz dual-band), GPS, Micro USB, and more. Sensors onboard include a Light sensor, Distance, Gravity, and Digital Compass. There is also dual SIM support, Split Screen mode, Do Not Disturb mode( gaming), eye filter, and face unlocking security options. There is an OPPO each other feature where OPPO devices can share audio, photos, or files with transmission speed 100 times faster than regular Bluetooth speed. Also, the device has a protective shell and a pair of external wired headphones.
Both the devices are listed on the official Taiwan Website. The smartphones are available in black and Champagne color variants and come with a price tag of 10990 Taiwanese dollars (Rs 23,500 approx) for the A75 and 11990 Taiwanese dollars (Rs 25,500 approx) for the A75s.
