Meizu 16Xs – the successor of Meizu 16X is scheduled to launch on May 30 in China. So it doesn’t come as a surprise to see the phone has gotten its 3C certification. The M926Q, which is believed to be the Meizu 16Xs, has passed the certification of 3C on May 21, 2019.
The 3C filing has revealed that the phone will be made available with a charger that supports 18W charging. The model number of Meizu 16Xs AC adapter is UP0920. The device carries support for standard 5V/2A (10W) charging and 9V/2A (18W) fast charging.
Previously, Meizu 16Xs with model number M926Q has passed through TENAA, which reveals its design and some key specifications.
As per the Tenaa listing, Meizu 16Xs will be available in Gradient/Black and Coral/Blue colour options. The smartphone will have 6.2-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2232×1080 pixels. If we talk about the SOC and RAM, it will be powered by a 2 GHz Octa-core processor with 6GB of RAM. The device will come in two memory(ROM) config; 64GB and 128GB, also no SD card support for this device.
In the camera department, it has a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor, 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 5MP depth sensing lens. And for the front camera, it has a 16MP sensor for selfies.
Meizu 16Xs will be featuring an in-display fingerprint scanner as an add on feature.
Finally, for Battery and Software department Meizu 16Xs will have a 4000mAh battery with fast charging support. And it will run on Meizu’s Flyme OS on top of Android Pie. The smartphone is 152mm tall, 74.4mm wide and 8.35mm thick and weighs 162 grams.
