MediaTek has introduced its new Dimensity series chipset, which supports 5G networks. The new MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G is a mid-range chipset, and we will see the chipsets coming into smartphones soon. The chipset is based on 6nm fabrication technology with an Intelligent resource management engine for better performance. It also has a fully integrated 5G modem with MediaTek’s 5G Ultrasave technology.
Mediatek Dimensity 810 5G Processor
The Dimensity 810 builds great performance, premium displays, and supreme cameras for any situation, all in a leading 6nm process design that raises the bar of 5G smartphone battery life. The MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G supports 2CC CA covering up to 120MHz spectrum, including mixed duplex FDD+TDD connections for a seamless network experience. It also comes with the support of VoNR. As for the specifications, the Dimensity 810 5G comes with a 4X ARM Cortex A76 chipset clocked at 2.4 GHz and a 4X ARM Cortex A55 chipset clocked at 2.0 GHz. For gaming, it comes with an Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Furthermore, it supports up to LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 (2-lane) based storage.
The chipset can support a display of up to 2520*1080 pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. For photography, it comes with the support of a 64MP single camera or a 16MP+16MP dual camera. More features include Advanced Noise Reduction (MFNR & MCTF), Hardware acceleration for dual cameras & depth perception, and AI-color & AI-bokeh enhancements. It comes with the support of up to Wi-Fi 5 (a/b/g/n/ac) and Bluetooth version 5.1 for network connectivity.

Realme 9i 5G is the company’s mid-range 5G smartphone in India. It features a 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by Dimensity 810 SoC, the same as the Realme 9 5G.
The Redmi Note 11 has a 6.6-inch FHD+ screen, a 16MP front camera inside the punch-hole, a 50MP primary rear camera, and a Dimensity 810 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging.
The Realme 8s is the first smartphone to use the Mediatek Dimensity 810 5G processor. After the Realme 8 5G, it is the second 5G-ready Realme 8 series phone in India. It offers an exquisite design, a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz high refresh rate, 64-megapixel triple cameras, and a large-sized battery (5,000mAh) with fast charge (33W) support. The Realme UI 2.0-based Android 11 has been preloaded on the Realme 8s 5G.
