Worst Service ever. Since last 10 days calling Jio people at least 25 times a day.. But nobody pics up the phone. Lodged complaint on Toll free number given by Jio. They assured that the technician will visit the next day , booked the time slot but even after booking four different slots every day, none has visited. Basically they are interested in Trapping customers and once you are trapped they dont bother to provide service. My advice is that one should think 10 times before opting for Jio Fiber. BSNL is 100times better than this.

my name Srinadh.Am getting deadly slow net. 5mbps speed and i have 387 .69 GB remaining of 400 GB. i given complaint on mail already but am not getting any resolution from you. and i called up to the fiber to 1800-889-9444 am going on calling but no one are taking calls. its just going on ringing. When ever am calling its just saying in voice process that they are connecting to their engineer. But still no one are taking the call.i need a technician immediately send a technician to solve my issue. Other wise refound my amount back.
