iOS 15.5: Everything You Need to Know

On March 14, 2022, Apple released iOS 15.4 for all its supported iPhones. iOS 15.4 brought some quality-of-life improvements, including a new Face ID system that allowed users to unlock their iPhones using Face ID with a mask on. However, unfortunately, iOS 15.4 came with many glitches and bugs. Users reported a lot of bugs and glitches, including battery-draining issues. This should not last long as Apple is about to release iOS 15.5 to fix these issues to a certain extent.

iOS 15.5 Features

Generally speaking, updates make phones better than they previously were. The same goes for iOS 15.5, which is expected to improve many things over iOS 15.4. With iOS 15.5, Apple may finally fix the battery-draining issue, which is being reported on many iPhones, specifically iPhone 12 and 13. The bugs and glitches are also expected to be fixed with this update.

Some new features are also expected to be released with this update. These new features include a better Face ID system, a new look to notifications, better focus mode, new Maps features, and some spotlight and photos features, making using them easier. iOS 15.5 Release Date

• Update: Apple has released iOS 15.5 beta on April 6, 2022. As of now, iOS 15.5 beta 4 is available for developers and public beta testers.

Apple has not yet announced anything officially about the release of iOS 15.5. But based on Apple’s predetermined schedule, we can predict the release date of iOS 15.5. Rumors have already started to spread about iOS 15.5 and its release date. The public eagerly awaits its release as they want to eliminate the glitches and bugs immediately.

Apple has probably begun testing the update and will likely release it on the scheduled date. The iOS 15.5 beta update is expected to be released by the second half of April 2022. This beta update will be available for developers via the settings app to download and install.

As for the public release of iOS 15.5, it is expected to be released by May 2022. Users are unhappy with the iOS 15.4 update and are still waiting for Apple to push an update to fix the issues with iOS 15.4. This date is just a prediction, and Apple has yet to announce the precise date for its release.
