The renders confirm that both Honor 9X and 9X Pro will feature a glass back design and full edge-to-edge display. Both the phones will arrive with pop-up selfie cameras. The Honor 9X will sport a dual-camera setup at the rear, while the 9X Pro will come with a triple-camera setup. The Honor 9X will be available in at least Magic Night Black colour, while the 9X Pro will arrive with Phantom Purple colour.
Previously, Honor 9X processor was confirmed by the company as Kirin 810, but there was no confirmation about the 9X Pro processor. Today, a new teaser reveals that Honor 9X Pro will be also launching with the recently unveiled Kirin 810 processor.
Earlier this week, both the phones were appeared on EEC and Tenaa’s website revealing its key details and design. The Tenaa listing shows that both the smartphones will feature a 6.59-inch full-HD+ display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 1080×2340 pixels resolution.
In the camera department, the 9X will sport a 48-megapixel+ 2-megapixel dual rear camera unit while the 9X Pro will arrive with a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple rear camera unit. Both the devices will feature a 20-megapixel sensor front pop-up selfie camera.
Both the smartphones will run on the EMUI 9.1 based Android 9 Pie operating system and will come with up to 8GB of RAM, up to 256GB of storage with support for a microSD card slot.
A 4000mAh battery powers both the devices with fast-charging support. As for the pricing, no details are available at the moment, we will have to wait for the official launch.
