Gionee M7 Plus Images Leaks Revealing a Massive 6.43 inch Screen

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Gionee seems to be on a smartphone launching spree. According to the information we know from the websites of TENAA and GFXBench, several smartphones are to be released on the marketThe two devices in the S series, Gionee S11, and S11S, are the lower mid-range Gionee F205 and the most recent budget-friendly Gionee F6L. Now we have information about a new Gionee device that will succeed the M6 Plus—the images of the device, dubbed the M7 Plus, were leaked by the famous leaker Evan Blass.

The new Gionee M7 Plus images leaked by @Evleaks suggested the device will sport a massive 6.43-inch full-screen display, which will be the largest display smartphone by Gionee to date. The top and the bottom have minimal bezels and feature an almost edge-to-edge display. The device comes in a combination of Stainless steel and leather back.

Now, the Gionee M7 Plus has a dual camera set up on the rear, an LED flash, and a square-shaped fingerprint sensor. All three objects are encased in a gold-plated rectangle carrying the company name, which looks funky and ugly. At least the back leather panel gives it a premium look. The front bezel holds the front camera on the right side of the earpiece.

Other details, including the processor and RAM, are not known yet. However, @Evleaks also hinted that the device might feature wireless charging.

Gionee released the M7 and the M7 Power (aka Big Gold Steel 2) last month, and the M7 Plus is likely the next smartphone in the M series. The M7 sports an 18:9  6.01-inch FHD+ (1080×2160) FullView AMOLED display and a 16 MP rear cam with f/1.8 aperture and LED flash + an 8 MP front cam. 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P30 SoC powers it with 6 GB RAM and 64 GB inbuilt storage. The device is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery. The M7 Power sports an 18:9   6-inch HD+ (720×1440) 18:9 FullView display, a 13 MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash + an 8 MP front cam. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 435 processor along with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB inbuilt storage. It is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery.

The previous specifications hint that the Gionee M7 Plus will have more features and be priced higher than the Gionee M7 and the M7 Power.
