Samsung may take inspiration from Apple in terms of color options for the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra. A new leak suggests that the next Ultra model could arrive in a bright orange color that resembles Apple’s “Cosmic Orange” from the iPhone 17 Pro.
New leak points to bold orange option for Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Ultra
A photo shared online (via Reddit) shows what are claimed to be dummy units of the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The phone shows up in silver, light gold, and vibrant orange. The orange version stands out the most and looks very similar to Apple’s newest iPhone color.

However, the image’s source is unclear, with signs suggesting it might not be real. A cropped watermark in the photo looks like the kind used in AI-generated images, raising questions about its authenticity.
Even so, there are reasons to believe Samsung might really be planning an orange version. Noted tipser Max Jambor posted on X saying, “Orange is the new Black. And will be in 2026 as well.” This hints that Samsung’s next flagship phone might feature an orange color in favor of the classic black option.
For now, the orange Galaxy S26 Ultra remains just a rumor, so take the news with a pinch of salt. While the leaked image might be fake, the idea makes sense. Whether it’s called “Cosmic Orange” or something new, Samsung’s next bold color could attract a lot of attention in 2026.
