With new features and advanced control, Google launched the latest Android 9 Pie earlier this week. Like every other Android launch, the question arises of which smartphones will support the final version of the Google operating system. Some devices have already started receiving the “Android 9 Pie update,” while certain manufacturers have already confirmed the release of the Pie update for their respective devices. While we may know the list of the devices, we still lack a complete roadmap. So, the best we can do is speculate based on logical considerations.
Android 9 Pie Features
We will not take the time to explain Android Pie’s features here. There is a new dashboard that shows how much time the user is spending on each app. There is more security and fewer data leaks with restrictions over microphones and other sensors for background apps. The AI features and features save a lot of time while controlling notifications and will give you options to remove pestering notifications. Other features include a rotation button, faster screenshots, and Bluetooth connections for up to five devices.
