Recently, DxOMark, the French imaging firm that rates cameras and lenses, claimed the recent Huawei Mate 10 Pro’s camera is better than Google Pixel 2 and the iPhone 8 Plus. With its success, a new picture has surfaced online, pointing to the launch of the Huawei Honor V10.
According to the leaked image, Huawei is set to release the V10 in the next month. The device will have the same specs as the Huawei Mate 10 with minor upgrades.
The Huawei Honor V10 is rumored to feature a 5.99-inch display with an 18:9 aspect ratio supplied by BOE. The device will be run by Huawei’s Kirin 970 processor, which has AI capabilities coupled with 6 GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of internal storage. The optics department will feature a 16 MP and 20 MP dual setup camera on the rear. The Huawei V10 will run on EMUI 6.0 based on Android 8.0 Oreo. It will support 22.5 W fast charging. The latest leak also reveals three variants whose model numbers are BKL-AL00, BKL-TL00, and BKL-AL20.
A month ago, a leaked image showing the front panel of the Huawei V10 was spotted online. It revealed a front panel with almost no bezel on the sides. The front bezel has space for the camera, LED flash, light sensor, and earpiece. The rear will have a physical home button, likely a fingerprint sensor.
The Huawei Honor V10 will be a flagship smartphone that will succeed the Huawei Honor V9 launched in February this year. The Huawei Honor V10 is estimated to cost around CNY 3000 (Rs 27,300 approx).
